Troubleshooting for Teams on the web. If you're using Teams on the web, here is something you can do to make sure your microphone and camera are set up properly: Check your browser settings. It is important to check your browser permissions and settings. You may need to “allow” your camera and/or microphone to work in Teams. When connecting to Citrix from a laptop or desktop computer, it is possible to use the webcam, speakers, and microphone built into the device. In order to do this, you must first grant Citrix access to the devices. Start by getting logged into Citrix. We installed the Cisco VDI Client on Remote Client and using Cisco Webex on Citrix Hosted Shared desktop. The Webex Teams Client is registering from internal network over expressway, which seems to be correct, if I look at the deployment guide for VDI. WebEx Teams always detects the Citrix client first. If only using VMware Horizon, un-install the Citrix agent from the endpoint device. The WebEx Teams client and Horizon Client must be the same architecture; 32-bit or 64-bit but not a mix of the two. Sign in to Webex for group chat, video calling, and sharing documents with your team. It's all backed by Cisco security and reliability.
